I am a fitness freak. All of us know how we can keep ourselves healthy and yet we follow an unhealthy lifestyle. A little effort can keep you healthy for long term, below are the few tips:

1.  Eat at regular intervals:Eat less food at frequent intervals. Last meal should be light as far as possible. Try taking your last meal before 8 P.M. Your lunch should begin with salad while dinner should begin with soup. Soups and salads eaten before meals ensure enough water content in mouth which in turn helps in easy digestion of food.

2.  Daily exercise for atleast 15 – 30 minutes: It is essential for your health. Start with walk, to jogging at normal speed. After jogging, take 1-2 rounds of fast running. This last round will help you in reducing weight and will increase your stamina. Avoid concrete floors for jogging and running. Ground exercises helps in sending the fresh oxygen to blood. Then you start with your cardio exercises. It will keep you healthy in long run.

3.   Avoid oily and junk Food :Think before you eat any unhealthy food. You know which food is good for health and which is not. If it is not good, just make your will power strong and avoid it. Add little lemon to healthy food for making it more delicious.

4.  Drink lot  of water: Water helps your digest your food. Keeps skin glowing, increases memory and brain power. Helps in reducing weight. Benefits of clean and hygienic water are unlimited. Keep drinking for healthy life

5.  Engage in interesting activity: Keep yourself occupied in things you like. We generally don’t feel hungry when we are occupied in activates we look to do. Dance, music, art, literature, sports, it can be anything.

6.  Early to bed and early to rise:Yes, it is important for good health. Have you seen birds awake till late night. Nature sleeps early and since we are part of nature, we should also sleep and wake up early.

7.  Organic food: Start taking organic food as your thoughts are nothing but reflection of what you eat. Harmful chemicals are   harmful for health. Go green and organic. It will keep your healthy and strong for long term.
